headrush 8
Regular cow's milk, except nonfat, tastes creamiest with tea. With coffee it depends. Soy milk and almond milk lattes are tasty, but with pour-over or drip coffee it's all about the regular cow's stuff. Thoughts?
lymmo 8
Many people consider milk with tea to be tastier, but then I prefer coffee with milk because of its unique taste. Would you go fir black tea of coffee? Interestingly, I normally prefer the former.
headrush 8
Depends on what I'm eating or if I'm eating. If I only want a toasty drink, then tea with milk. Coffee with dessert or after a big lunch or breakfast.
Guest Cherry-Chan
I have tried almond milk and find it to be quite nice. I particularly like almond milk with cocoa - it makes the cocoa taste like a marzipan sweet! Rice Dream rice milk is really good too - in fact it is very nice to just drink on its own. Boomer 8
@Cherry-Chan, almond milk and cocoa sounds delicious. I drank Rice Dream by itself ages ago and remember it being light-tasting. With tea I prefer dairy milk or half and half. Nothing in my coffee, though.

Guest Cherry-Chan
I hate coffee and tea That's interesting. If you hate coffee and tea though, what do you drink first thing in the morning, and what do you do when you need to stay awake? I readily admit to being a bit of a coffee addict. I need a good few cups to get me going in the morning, and then I need more cups throughout the day to keep me functioning. Perhaps I ought to train myself not to drink quite so much coffee. If I really need a pick me up I drink Pepsi or coke but otherwise just water or juice
