Ronaldo became the leading goalscorer for Real today as far as La Liga goes, scoring 5 today after going 8 games without a goal.

Real won 6-0 ahead of the top of the table clash between Aletico and Barca to briefly move to the top of the league.

Bayern snuck a win today as they and Dortmund retained their 100% record to both top the league on 12 points a piece. Dortmund again scored a tonne, winning 4-2.

Ajax are top of the Dutch league with a 100% record as well and PSG are top of the French league by five points as well.

Oh definitely, Dortmund have become way more hungrier and callous, they are finally making use of their chances and Thomas Tuchel as manager has a hint of Klopp too. It's a joy to watch them again.

It's all gonna come down to facing Bayern next week on Sunday and it's hard to predict. Bayern are either going to leave it late and Dortmund will break down or Bayern will be overrun and left standing, like last seasons game against Wolfsburg when they lost 4-1. There's a winner coming out of that game I think.

Bit of bump but its the last day in La Liga and its down to the wire as right now Barca are away at Granada and Real are at Deportivo. If Barca fail to win then it leaves the door open for Real to steal the title with a win.

Right now Barca are drawing 0-0 and Real are 1-0 up, so if it finished like this Real would nick the La Liga title and Luis Enrique could well be on his way after getting dumped out of the CL by Atletico as well.

Still Suarez has scored 11 goals in his last 4 games, Messi has scored 11 in 8 against Granada and between them in La Liga the three have score 87 goals... surely Barca can't lose this now?

Well Suarez makes it 14 in 5 games, finishing the season with 40 La Liga goals, the first player apart from Ronaldo and Messi to reach that landmark. He ended up with 40 in 35 games in the league and has 60 in 52 games overall so far this season.

Barca win the title by a point as a result of the win, 3-0 with all the goals from the boot of Suarez. Real won 2-0 with two goals from Ronaldo who was then taken off at half time as Barca where already 2-0 up as well and with the CL final to come, Real are taking no chances with Ronaldo, Bale and Benzema.

Still, even if Barca with the Spanish Cup next week as well, will a domestic double be enough to keep Enrique in a job?

Also Lewandowski became the first player in 39 years to score 30 goals in a league season over in Germany today as champions Bayern finished their league season with a win. The final game of the German calendar is next week as 1st meets 2nd in the German Cup final, Dortmund v Bayern in Pep's last game in charge and possibly Mat Hummels last game as a Dortmund player against his next employers.

I'm aware he played for Bayern first... but the fact that he played most of his career for Dortmund, became their captain and then decided that he would rather play for Bayern before the sides are due to meet in a final and before the end of the season is rather cold and I would understand Dortmund not playing him in the final given the reaction he might well get.

Gonzalo Higuain broke the record for goals in a Serie A season yesterday as well, scoring a hat-trick to take his total to 36, surpassing Gunnar Nordahl's record of 35, which had stood since 1949-50.

That is 66 years to you and me. He finished 17 goals ahead of the next highest goalscorer and still... still Napoli couldn't win the title despite Juve being 12th in January. Mental.

Zlatan scored his final two league goals for PSG last night as well. The game stopped after 10 minutes so the crowd and his fellow players could applaud their number 10 whilst his two children ran on the pitch to hug him with one having King on the back of his shirt and the other Legend in reference to Zlatan's quote the other day 'that he came to Paris a King and is leaving a Legend'.

His two goals took him to 38 for the season in Ligue 1 which is a record for a PSG player. Not the overall Ligue 1 record however, that is still Josip Skoblar, who scored 44 for Marsaille in 1971.

He has one final match for them, the French Cup final, before the leaves for a destination so far unknown but rumored to be at the moment as either LA Galaxy, Man United or China... which means the press have no idea.
