Florida dad finds babysitter molesting his son, beats man to a bloody pulp, cops say

Raymond Frolander, 18, had to be taken to the hospital before police could book him. ‘Send him an ambulance. He’s going to need one,’ dad tells 911.

father who walked in on Frolander sexually abusing his son.

 

An enraged father in Florida attacked a babysitter and badly beat him after discovering the 18-year-old molesting his son, police said.

 

According to authorities, Raymond Frolander was in bed with an 11-year-old boy when the dad walked in on him sexually assaulting the boy.

 

The Daytona Beach father punched him unconscious and then called 911.

 

“I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my son), and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now, officer,” he said.

 

Dispatcher: “You said the person who assaulted, you beat him up?”

 

Caller: “ Oh yeah, send him an ambulance. He’s going to need one.”

 

Police: Dad beat up babysitter who was molesting son

Police say a Daytona Beach father beat an 18-year-old man unconscious after he caught him sexually abusing his 11-year-old son.

The dad will not be charged, said Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood, according to WESH-TV.

 

“Dad reacted like a dad,” Chitwood said. “He’s acting like a father, protecting his son, and he’s furious over what has occurred.”

 

According to police, the man admitted to abusing the boy for three years. The child was too afraid to say anything, Chitwood said.

 

Frolander appeared in court Friday with a bruised face and his eyes nearly swollen shut. He is being held without bail.

Yes, BigMatt is right. If you are below the age of consent then you are legally unable to know if you consent to sex.

Geniune question, what makes you say he's any more a loon than any other kiddie fiddler? I only ask cause it's not implied in the article, and I've not read any other sources about it.

I think most pedophiles, and most sex offenders in general, are lunatics by definition, it's not a logical crime. Anything like that, prison's completely pointless, those are people who either need to be "fixed" or just put somewhere forever, they're not just going to learn their lesson and stop, they're basically mentally disabled, it's stupid to try to punish them into being sexually normal, you just need to lock them in a home and get on with the world. I don't get how people possibly think locking someone mentally ill in a cage full of career criminals, gang members and psychopaths is going to help with a mental disease that has a recidivism rate of about fifty percent, meaning that around half of all convicted pedophiles, once released, will commit the same crime again.

 

I'm a big fan of chemical castration for certain kinds of pedophiles, where it's genuine pedophilia, like, when they're "just" attracted to children, it's not a power trip or a sadistic thing, but then I'm also against state-sponsored mutilation. I think all serious sexual crimes like rapes and molestations of adults and children that are judged to have an entirely psychological motive should be punishable by life imprisonment (and not really in a prison, because I think modern prisons are just the dumbest thing ever, I basically mean in a high security mental asylum) with the option of chemical castration for certain offenders being the only major way to early release.

Disagree. If pedophiles are loons, so are homosexuals, people who like animals and straight people. You cant help who or what you're attracted to. People are born straight, born gay and born pedophiles, its no different, its a sexual orientation. The only difference is, some are legal, some arent. I mean being gay used to be illegal and in some places it still is and I'm pretty sure the punishment for being gay in some places is still death. So no, he isnt a loon, he's just a pedo who cant or isnt trying to control his urges and puts himself into position to have sex with kids by specifically offering his services as a babysitter.

 

And I'm obviously not defending him or pedo's, they know what they are doing is wrong and disgusting. But yeah, he's of sound mind and if he isnt, its not specifically because he is attracted to children.
