Guest Magic
Thought the semi final's probably justified their own thread. Such a huge game tonight, with lots going on. The line-ups are in: Brazil: Julio Cesar, David Luiz ©, Fernandinho, Marcelo, Hulk, Fred, Oscar, Dante, Luiz Gustavo, Bernard, Maicon Germany: Neuer, Hoewedes, Hummels, Khedira, Schweinsteiger, Ozil, Klose, Muller, Lahm ©, Kroos, Boateng So, no Neymar, no Thiago Silva, Bernard comes in, David Luiz as captain. Plenty of reason to think that Brazil could be in trouble, but they have the support of an entire nation behind them Then there is Germany, solid, yet decidedly unspectacular. They're playing Lahm at right back at least so that's something. I'm glad to see Klose start, but I might have played Gotze instead of Ozil or Khedira. What's it to be then? Who do you think will win? The bookies can't split them, both are the same odds. I'm predicting another low scoring game, possibly even going to extra time or penalties, but ultimately a German win in the end. I certainly hope that's the way it pans out. Nothing more fun to watch than the hearts of a nation being broken live on TV! :lol I've just ordered my Indian Takeaway, should come just in time for kick off. Who's watching and what are you upto? King 277
Takeaway and cans for me :), I'm going with a Germany 2-0 win.
Guest John Hancock
Either Germany win, or the referee will have to be spectacular. It'll be one of the two. No way are Brazil winning clean.
Guest Magic
Mullerrrrrrr!! Where was the marking?! That's what you get for making David Luiz your organiser at the back!
Guest Boyo
Brazil have been woeful so far, and it's no surprise the worlds most German man has given them the lead. Germany are easily heading for the final at this rate. Also, Brazil are not a very likeable team are they? I don't like how they've approached matches this World Cup. Cheers! Guest Boyo
Klose! Awesome record. Ironically he had to break Ronaldo's record against Brazil in Brazil. Cheers!
Guest John Hancock
The referee's gone off script! A Brazil game, and nothing corrupt is happening!? 4-0 is what happens when you've only got 11 players.

Guest John Hancock
Next seasons Arsenal midfield with the fifth :). Mata, Hazard, Carzola, Khedira and Sanchez with Benzema and Suarez up front! One hell of an imaginary team.

Shaun2J 127
I knew this was happening. Every time. If the Netherlands or Argentina fall like this against Germany, I don't want to live in this country any more.

The Fury 65
Oh my sides! Need Oscar to score and every bet I put on has won Some lucky **** on paddy power put 5-0 at ht and stands to win 500 times what they betted!
Guest John Hancock
It'll be weird Dutch luck or Argentina's one-player-only policy. I think the Dutch have the better chance just because they attack so constantly and the German defence has looked weak when they're backed up. Give them the field that they'd tare you apart though. Guest Boyo
I don't even think Germany have been that good. Cheers!
Guest dpddave
Well this is fun. I lumped on Germany before the game at 9/5 to make it all the sweeter.
King 277
I'm predicting some violence in Brazil tonight :lol
Guest John Hancock
Brazilian violence tends to be really self-loathing compared to Europe, so most of the anger will be directed against the Brazilian team itself.
