Do You Want To See Anderson Silva Fight Again?

Anderson Silva has been given medical clearance to start sparring again, which is amazing in itself, and now he's talking about his next fight, possibly as early as later this year. Does anyone want to see that? After that injury, two back-to-back loses, the unbeatable Sonnen feud, and the fact the dude's now 39 years old, do you think he has anything left to prove or achieve or, more simply, would you be comfortable and happy seeing him fight again, risking the chance that it might tarnish his legacy to see him come back passed his peak?

Personally, I don't want him back on the normal roster, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at one last fight, and they give him someone incredibly easy, preferably at light-heavyweight, so he can go out a winner. That I'd like to see, but I don't want to see him anywhere a title fight, or against a younger guy with something to prove, because EVERYONE who's really fighting for something important is going to go straight for that leg, and it's going to end horribly.

Actually, what I'd really love is Sonnen/Silva III, double retirement match, in Brazil.

And now, because I've given myself an excuse to, here's the greatest WWE promo of all time, just for Matt and Chris.

(Heart broken that someone took down the promo for the first one, it's just as good :()

I dont want to see him climbing the ranks of any specific weight division looking for a title shot, he's above the belt and the losses to Weidman were both flukes. Not taking anything away from Weidman, in the 2nd fight he knocked him senseless and seemed to have his number but whatever.

As for Andersons future, I'd like to see him have some super fights as a special attraction. Now is the perfect time for him to fight GSP if GSP comes back, both without titles, catch weight would be fine. I'd be up for that no doubt.

I don't mind if he fights again if he's as healthy as possible, as Belty said the title scene isn't the right place for him though.

I wouldn't waste him on Nick Diaz either but it seems that's the most like match that's going to happen.
