I was tempted to say Bischoff, but I've decided on Teddy Long, mainly for his penchant of walking out and stopping a fracas by turning the singles match that was going on and making it a tag-team match and for putting heels in line by making them face "THE UN-DER-TAKER" in the main-event.

For the record, I loved Regal as GM. And Foley as the Commissioner. I don't think I can decide between the two of them right now, so I'll make my vote later. :D

Tajiri wasn't around when Regal was GM. That was the Commissioner role. I doubt they'll take Commissioners into account, so no Sgt Slaughters, or HBKs. Sadly, we're still stuck with Sad Sack Foley.
