Yeah this was reported in a few places last night/today so looks legit.

 

It's a shame he won't be able to work for ICW anymore. Getting him in was great for the promotion. Otherwise I'm not a massive fan of his so I can take or leave him in WWE.

It was just a one off stunt, right? It's not something he does every show.

 

I hope he brings his light bright jacket with him. Sure Jericho has one and did it first, but Devitto's is way better.

 

As for how I feel about this? Good for him for making the move to where the real money is. There's some potential for great matches, I don't ever see him getting over as a main event guy ever though. He'll be on the same level as Wade Barrett if he's lucky. He'll work through his first contract then be gone.

 

Sure he's mega talented, but people just don't care about European wrestlers. Chances are they'll give him some shit gimmick and slave name like Freddy Davis.

Personally I'm excited at the prospect of having Devitt in WWE, as long as they give him the exposure that Punk acquired and Bryan has he could be a major star in WWE

Well realistically Punk and Bryan aren't the best examples you could use. They kinda forced their way into the positions the are/were in. I'm not saying Devitt couldn't do it, I'm just saying that Punk and Bryan ending up on top was most likely never in WWE's mind until the fans started to get behind them.

Yeah that's true... daamn that was the only thing I knew him for, although I did watch his indy match in Japan against Pac (Adrian Neville) and he is pretty damn talented
