Guest The Beltster
Mayweather fights are generally always boring affairs. Oh well.

Guest Jack
I thought Mayweather was excellent. It wasn't a thrilling fight by any means but his technique is incredible to watch. Canelo, like every Mayweather opponent, will probably start to get overly criticised by the media, but he is a very good fighter and yet he was made to miss with ease on such a regular basis and whenever Mayweather threw that right hand, it was so fast and accurate. It wasn't a great fight but it was a truly great performance. Mayweather's dominance over his rivals is unparalleled in sport.
Guest John Hancock
What did people think of the joker who scored it a draw?
Guest The Beltster
Well, at least somebody was trying to make it interesting. Good on that judge :lol
Guest John Hancock
Early baseless rumours that I still choose to believe in for some reason are saying that the buyrate's looking like around 800/900 thousand, which would most likely mean that the promoters (other than Mayweather himself) will lose money. Chris2K 176
Now this match is over does boxing become irrelevant for another 12-18 months again? [/MMAtroll]
Guest John Hancock
There's still Haye Fury for the British fans, then Europe will sort of care when Klitschko does something, but, really, unless you're Mexican, it's going to be a lot of waiting around until Money decides he feels like sharing his greatness with the world again. The timing works out well though, because MMA's been shite for the last few months, and Mayweather being in promotion mode has been the most entertaining thing in combat sports since Silva got knocked out for being silly. Now we get Jones/Gustafsson, Cain/JDS, Rousey/Tate and Silva/Weidman back to back until January.
