Guest FreeSpirit
Spoilers: Credit: pwinsider.com WWE Friday Night SmackDown Airing This Week The entire roster is assembled and John Laurinitus cuts a promo about Triple H's job as COO then introduces the new World Heavyweight champion, Mark Henry. Henry cuts a promo and says it took him 15 years to win the title and he won't lose it for 15 more years. HHH comes out but before he can speak, Christian jumps in and says that as a former three time champion, he's a leader and should get a title shot. HHH makes Christian vs. Henry in a Lumberjack Match as the main event tonight with the entire roster as Lumberjacks. The winner will face Randy Orton at the PPV. Sheamus defeated Heath Slater with the Brogue Kick. Christian ties to talk to Great Khali and get him to help him during the match when he's a Lumberjack tonight. Wade Barrett pinned Justin Gabriel. Matt Striker interviews Randy Orton, who said that he was either getting his title back or going to Hell. Christian tried to get Ezekiel Jackson on his side in the main event. Beth Phoenix and Natalya defeated AJ & Kaitlyn. WWE Intercontinental champion Cody Rhodes defeated Randy Orton by DQ. After the match, Orton continues to beat Cody with the mask and hits him with the timekeeper's bell, then a chair. Rhodes is a bloody mess. A trainer comes down and cleans off the blood. Orton grabs Cody and gives him an RKO on the announcing table. Orton leaves and returns, then gives him another one. There's blood everywhere. Christian talks to Sheamus and gives him a potato as a peace offering, since Irish people love them. He asks Sheamus for help. Sheamus says no problem and bites the potato, then spits it on Christian. He says potatoes are from Idaho, not Ireland. Great Khali defeated Jinder Mahal. Sin Cara defeated Daniel Bryan. The other Cara came out and nailed the Cara that started the match, then took his place and won. WWE Tag Team champions Air Boom defeated the Usos. Christian tries to get Zack Ryder's help. Guest BratSan
Wow - Talk about getting buried twice! :lol Building up the rivalry, all in the game, bro. Eventually good will prevail over the evil, it always does. :D
etz 78
I took that to refer to DB getting beaten by both incarnations of Sin Cara.
Shaun2J 127
So no Cody beat down...just cut off after the DDT.

Guest StefanC
It's always nice when a WWE superstar quotes AC/DC :)
Guest Jamster26
You know, I had a little hope that Christian would win, after an interference from Orton. However; it wasn't to be. Good show though.
Shaun2J 127
Jimmy, I thought they edited the Cody beatdown? Randy shows the DDT and then it cuts from there.
Guest Jamster26
Jimmy, I thought they edited the Cody beatdown? Randy shows the DDT and then it cuts from there. It was TNA-esque, Shaun.
Guest Jimmy Redman
Jimmy, I thought they edited the Cody beatdown? Randy shows the DDT and then it cuts from there. Yeah I heard that elsewhere too. Well in my version, they showed the DQ and the DDT, they went outside and brawled for a second before Orton hit him with the ring bell. Its only then that they started editing, we saw almost no blood and no more Cody closeups, but they did manage to show Orton doing one RKO on the table, with a semi-bloody towel over Cody's head, then they just kept on Orton the rest of the segment. So I got to see most of the actual action, minus the blood of course.
Guest Jamster26
Stupid UK Censorship.
Guest Jimmy Redman
UK censors are pretty strict. I remember when they cut out the Edge/Vickie "domestic abuse" segments. I'd like to see how they handled sh*t when WWE bladed though.
DC 536
Angry Daniel Bryan!!!
Guest barnsleylass86
Thought the lumberjack match was quite short and uninteresting! Having said that didnt expect much with those two being in the main event.
DC 536
I'm watching the show now. The Triple H/Christian/Mark Henry segment at the start was good (you could see exactly where Triple H was going when he was holding Henry back, which was part of the fun), Gabriel's springboard moonsault and diving plancha were both sweet and, at the moment, the From the Vault match is on; it's CM Punk (when he was World Champion) taking on Rey Mysterio (when he was IC champ) heading into Night of Champions 2009. EDIT - AJ pulling out a Shining Wizard was cool. Edited September 25, 2011 by DC
Guest Ciaran The King
CM Punk (when he was World Champion) taking on Rey Mysterio (when he was IC champ) heading into Night of Champions 2009. Guest Jierda
UK censors are pretty strict. I remember when they cut out the Edge/Vickie "domestic abuse" segments. I'd like to see how they handled sh*t when WWE bladed though. They showed blood in the uk when happened but at that time the products rating was higher and so the censors let them show more
Guest Jimmy Redman
Ah, makes sense. Ithe From the Vault match is on; it's CM Punk (when he was World Champion) taking on Rey Mysterio (when he was IC champ) heading into Night of Champions 2009. EDIT - AJ pulling out a Shining Wizard was cool. From the Vault should pretty much always show a match from mid-2009. That one wasnt even in the top 15 but it was still great. Forgot to mention AJ's Shining Wizard too, I liked that.
Shaun2J 127
Yeah From the Vault really shows some good matches from Y2J, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk. Smackdown was workrate madness back in 09.
