DC 536
I'll get one once I can flash it :lolAre you just waiting for the dirty mac to be delivered?Okay I was a bit of a fan-boy there yeah I'll admit. :P I just find the PS3 games over-priced to points it's utterly ridiculousAs has been said, they're usually the same price upon release (at least in GAME, Gamestation and HMV, where I purchase my games from). Guest Dave7g
360 controller wins for racing and shooters because of the triggers, there's no better controller.
Guest The Beltster
I prefer the 360 over the PS3, always have. I'm not a fanboy of it, its just my preference. PS3 is a good machine too though, but if you offered me one or the other for free, and I didnt own either, I'd take the 360. PS3 cant be chipped :lol
DC 536
I don't like the XBox controllers (I never have), so PlayStation has been my machine of choice since the PS2 (during the time of the PS1, I had that, a Sega Saturn and an N64, so was spoiled for choice :lol). Guest Dave7g
PS3 doesn't work for me when driving, 360's triggers feel like an accellerator. Thankfully I don't know what the trigger of a gun feels like, or do I?
Guest Jayfunk
3 years for a second hand and older model (I can but assume) 360, yeah, you'll need it. try 20 mins, Plugged it in green light all good, turned it off when to the shop come back turned it on red light, hence why its by my desk at work now ready to take back. I'll give it another go from them, i wasn't massively pissed off as i know they will exchange it and by the fact THAT HOLLAND MY FAVOURITE TEAM WON. it was ok. Oh Xbox wireless pad is shit, PS3 verison is so much better but hey ho
Paul 584
I have to agree with the PS3 controller love. The 360 one feels too clunky and blocky for me, and not nearly as natural to use. That said, Im not a big fan of racing games so I cant say its better for them.
Guest Phil
I've never played a PS3 (my xbos was 'borrowed' from my cousin who now lives in Spain :)) but I don't like the amount of triggers on the xbox controller. The right andleft triggers feel quite natural for shooting games, but RB and LB I can never quite seem to hit properly.
Maxximus 353
Hell yeah. I prefer the PS3 controller over the 360 as well. It just feels right to me.
Guest Reno
The PS3 controller feels like I'm holding air, and not in a good way. I really struggle to use the analogue sticks on the PS3 controller, find them extremely uncomfortable... which is strange, as I've used them since the first Playstation. I just find it too small, too light and too uncomfortable, and I've got little girls hands! 360 feels meatier, and I feel like I have more control and more power in that badboy. Plus, if I wanted to hit someone in the face with it, it'd actually do damage, unlike the PS3 controller which would probably break 'cause it's built for pansies. I do like my PS3, despite blu-ray being the only thing that gets used by me now, I just much prefer my Xbox for when I'm playing games.

Guest Fiona
Not going to get into the whole PS/3veXbox thing as it is a personal preference thing but love the Xbox, it's a gamers dream. As Dave said, get a copy of Red Dead Redemption (it's Grand Theft Auto set in the Old West), and the newest Blaze Blue game drops later this month. Already preordered ours from Gamestop. Guest Ruderz
I personally don't think Red Dead is GTA set in the Old West. Red Dead is twice as in-depth as GTA ever has been, as if you take a break from the main storyline, and follow random people you'll see they have actual lives. They work etc... apart from just wondering the streets at random like in GTA. Red Dead is so much better than GTA.
Guest Dave7g
Red Dead is GTA perfected, they know what to do now. God help us all when GTA V arrives. It'll be even better.

Guest Dave7g
The people in GTA don't wander aimlessly at all. They are trying to do things before I start punching them.

I don't mean that you'll be driving cars and acting like a pimp, but the game is adapted by Rockstar from the GTA series. Yes the games is more expansive than any of the GTA games, but I found once you've placed a GTA game you can pick up the concept pretty easily. I love it personally and love riding around on donkey's, slow as hell but hilarious.
