Indeed it is,the DVD went into production before the Benoit tragedy i believe.

Brilliant card, I watched it about 2 months ago. Benoit/MVP is very good, Tag match is good, Womens match is good and was one of the best Womens matches in a longtime, ECW Title match was good, World Title match was great, classic match and the WWE Title match was great aswell, just nonstop action. A great card overall, one of the strongest of 2007.
