Guest Jung
Right an idea. I or someone/anyone pick 10 legendary matches and we will each have a thread for each match and a rating out of 10. I'll put a link up to that match and then we can truly see TWO's favourite legendary match or something along those lines? If anyone has any ideas, or even wants to do it themselves, then by all means go for it. I mean we'll do say a match a week, which gets everyone a chance to watch it and rate it. Then have a pinned leaderboard almost like a fixture list to say what rating the match got. For example legendary matches tournament could last 10 weeks week 1= Sting v Flair GAB 90 week 2= Hogan v Warrior WM6 week 3= Savage v Flair WM8 week 4= Bret v Owen WM10 week 5= Rock v Austin WM15 week 6= Rock v Hogan week 7= RVD v Lynn and so on Obviously the theme can be anything, do it by promotion, by category, by year, by personal pick thus say 20 users can enter it and each week a different user picks a different match, pretty much what Jack said in the other thread and a similar format to the music thread. The floor is yours everybody, so come up with some ideas, heck volunteer yourself to do it, cause I'm rubbish at this kind of stuff, and maybe we can find the ultimate way of judging matches on TWO, where its fair to everyone and we can all look at it impartially. Guest Jung
Alright guys easy now this isn't a list your favourite matches poll. I was more seeing if people liked the idea, not just to name matches before anything's even started. Oh well nevermind then. I think people just like listing stuff around here lol. Guest The Beltster
I like the idea, I think matches involved should be from, say, 1985 - 1990 for the first go around, makes people watch things they might not have seen and wouldnt usually watch, might give them a better appreciation of what is thought of as the 'Golden era' of wrestling. Just a thought...

I like that idea Belty, nostalgic for the likes of me and thee and could be enlightening for those who haven't seen them. :)

Fidel Cashflow 130
One thing I'd like to see (I know this is the US Scene) are some puro classics being included, mainly from 92-97. It'd also be great to get some people who don't follow the indy scene to see some ROH classics. I'm all for it. I've tried to watch a lot of 80's classics, but there are definitley some goldies I haven't seen. So say, 85-90, 91-95, 96-2000, '01-now. Something that might work is doing it by year. I'd like someone like Belty or Jack to direct us in the 80's. I'd be best for '01-current on the Indy and International front.

Something that might work is doing it by year. I'd like someone like Belty or Jack to direct us in the 80's. I'd be best for '01-current on the Indy and International front. That would work as well. You could have something along those lines, maybe do something along the lines of "Which year was the best" and have the three top matches from a given year and then we vote on which was the best.....or something. I'd also be up for an ECW retrospective, looking back at the pre-PPV shows and comparing them to the post-PPV shows, again to assertain what TWO thinks were the prime years of the company. Guest Jack
So would the theme be the year? I really like the idea of the 5 year period Spiral set out. The only thing I would add thereis, another from - to '85, to get in some real classics. if it breaks down any further, it'dbe hard to get hold of those matches, so a true starting point of 1985 would be great, but with something before that too. I like that idea. I think if there is too many limitations on what can be posted, it'll be fans rating stuff they've already seen, so time period is perfect, I think. I'm interested regardless of the theme behind it. Should be fun.
