Well it depends who you ask. Apparently Alex has been owned by Chelsea and on loan at PSV for three years, according to my Chelsea supporting friend.

 

Otherwise, there's Alcides who's on loan at PSV too. I remember him because he was kidnapped or something.

And yeah, Alcides got kidnapped and was released when he conviced his kidnappers he wasn't a footballer.
