Um the title really says it all, read it on an entertainment site and various news sites. Rock and his wife are remaining friends and business partners but no longer love each other.

Former WWE champion and one of the most entertaining individuals to ever step foot in the ring, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson announced his separation from his wife Danny yesterday on the People Magazine website. The duo got married on May 3rd 1997 after originally meeting at the University of Miami. Together they have a daughter who was born in August 2001 named Simone. The Rock gave the following statement to People Magazine. "While certain aspects of our relationship have changed, we are both vitally important to each other's lives," their statement reads. "We will continue to advance and manage our business interests, our philanthropic efforts and most importantly the raising of our child together, as a loving team. We've been fortunate enough to spend the last 17 years together as a couple and look forward to spending the rest our lives together as best friends and business partners."[/Quote]

 

They've been married for 10 years (which lets face it in this day and age is a very long time), and although it's a shame that they are getting divorced and going their own speerate way, its for the best really if they no longer love one another.

 

It's just one of those difficult and stressful things in life that most people will have to go through, but I hope for their daughter's sake its as amicable as possible.

When did we travel back in time to our high-school days? I mean, that was the last time I can remember the measure of a man being how many women you've slept with.

 

And one thing you have to understand, quality is infinitely more important than quantity. I'm fortunate enough to rate on both, but that's not the issue. MG going for the cheap shot on something that shouldn't even be a big deal anyway is disappointing.
