Guest Christof
This game has the makings of a classic. Good start from West Ham in all fairness but poor goals for Liverpool to concede. Crouch didn't look offside and 10 secs before Cisse scored I got great odds on Liverpool to win! 2-1 after 32 mins, this game is going to be a cracker! Guest Ravenmark
West Ham are playing well and the game looks as if it's going to be excellent. The Crouch goal was a tough one to call; if Cisse was onside then Crouch was too!
Ryan 188
Liverpool have scored? god, West Ham are playing so much better than them i didnt even notice, its a good game, i can definastly see West Ham coming out on top in this one.
Guest MojoPogo
Two dreadful blunders by liverpool really......typical, the defence is bulletproof all season and then theres two **** ups right when you dont need it!
Fletch 204
I gave up watching after my bet went down the toilet I got 28-1 odds on Gerrard to Score first an Pool to go on to a 2-0 win. Damn Carragher, damn him to hell!!!

Guest Christof
30 mins, who's fittest wins! Super Stevie will end up taking the final penalty, then replacing the injured Reina to save from Sheringham!
Guest Kanenite
Amazing goal by Gerrard! Such a cracker, I hope Liverpool pull it back and win that would be F***ing brilliant!
Guest Christof
What a cup final! Pepe was villain turned hero for us. Major plaudits for West Ham though, a really really good performance from them.
Guest Danny Styles
I just saw Steven Gerrard win the FA Cup, all the otehr liverpool players should give him theri medals because he's the only one who deserved it, Pepe did ok but West Ham deserved it, they were friggin awsome, it was just the one player that one it and proved Liverpool are a one trick pony
Guest Christof
Strange, you must have been watching a different final! Sissoko, Riise and Morientes all made decent contributions. Kromkamp was superb after coming off the bench and Reina redeemed himself even before the penalty shoot out. Even Cisse had a pretty good game before his injuries took hold At the end of the day the old adage applies - winning when playing badly, we did not play at all that well today but still managed to get a result. Let's not forget that's something like 11 straight wins for Liverpool so the team is obviously not that bad :xyx

Guest It wasnt my WOOO
Great final gerrard was awesome for liverpool More performances like that during the world cup and i can see him being englands hero
Guest Popsi
Gerrard was magnificent for Liverpool today, and the team did rely on him a lot i thought. But he showed he was more than capable of leading the team like that, as he has shown int he past. Very very unlucky for West Ham, especially at the end in what was the final shot on goal. And as a side note, can i just add, if Crouch is the only striker England have (other than Walcott but he's untested) then i really do fear for them int he World Cup. Except for a couple of chances he was practically non-existent the whole game.
Red05 343
AWSOME! Both teams were brilliant and The Hammers were unlucky to lose. Gerrard is the 8th wonder of the world, WITHOUT DOUBT!!! COME ON LIVERPOOL! In celebration of the victory and Gerrard's performance, i'm re-introducing the Gerrard avatar!

Guest Danny Styles
It was good Sherigham scored his penalty though, even if it wasn't in normal time he still put the ball in the net
Guest The Great Ahmar
What A bloody Final!!! Is was worth ever monute of the 90 minutes. I feel the extrat-mie ruined the whole match really, it wasn't a good extra-time, bar Reina's save! Gerrard is freakin awesome what a goal, Big up to both teams for putting on such a classic final. K.J 71
West Ham should have won, Benayoun, Etherington and Ashton were outstanding, Liverpool had one stand out player and he made the difference again. As soon as it went to penalties I knew Liverpool would win, have they ever lost a shoot out? http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c378/KWaterer/29808572053.jpg (yes I know it's been shown before but I thought it was appropriate)

K.J 71
1987 Coventry v Spurs, 1990 Man United v Crystal Palace were great finals, this one has to rank up there. Shame there couldn't be a replay.
