Guest Marc McCann
the guy has taken out batista and angle, he couldn't have a good match with angle, i'd rather watch a blank screen for an hour than endure one of his boring pointless promos. he's only there to job to the likes of batista, angle, taker and lashley. he won't get a meaningful win in his career, why have him on the roster??? the answer, the WWE are trying to use him to have some kind of excuse for his ridiculous contract cannot be used just to clarify
Guest CoTT
He's got an impressive look for one thing. I often hear marks comment on how vicious he looks and I suppose this could be seen as a good thing to keep a few people watching for a couple of minutes. The problem is when he's involved in anything longer than a five minute match. He lacks charisma and obviously his immobility is a problem. Not even Kurt Angle could get a decent match out of him so realistically they should push him down the card.
Guest The Great Ahmar
MArk Henry still has job because WWE didn't want to pay the large sum of money it would cost to release him. He signed a 10 year deal, about 9 1/2 months ago so he would probably get release when his contact is up. I believe that the reason Henry has had such bad gimmicks in the past was so he would want a release so WWE wouldn't have to pay him, but he stuck with them and seat out his contact over the 10 years. Guest FreeSpirit
I honestly cant see him being released when his contract expires. Now that Kurt Angle and Batista have both been sidelined by injuries from him, it seems obvious that these two huge Superstars will be looking for revenge against him over the coming months. Also due to the fact that he poses such a huge and intimidating figure, I would keep him around for a while, have him as a midcarder and have main event and up and coming superstars go over against him. I just feel it would be a mistake if WWE got rid of him so hastily, when he's heavily involved on Smackdown now.

Guest Nemesis Enforcer
I have been calling for Henry to be sacked long beofre he injured people, but WWE won't do it, now Vince can't have his roided up muscle men he is going for the next best thing... big freak looking people! DC 536
the guy has taken out batista and angle. It has been documented before that Batista was at fault when he got injured against Mark Henry......and as for Angle' date=' the guy [b']insists[/b] on working while knackered physically, so of course something will give out on him.......he injured himself at a house show, yet still went ahead on Smackdown! and allowed himself to be put through a table.....You can't, no matter how you twist logic, blame Henry for that. I don't doubt Mark Henry can be clumsy, it's sometimes hard not to be at that size.....hell I've accidentally injured a few people, but that's the nature of the business....accidents happen. To blame Henry for that is ludicrous.....where were all the people asking for Owen Hart (RIP) to be sacked, barred from the business, when he almost killed Austin? Or where were the signs and petitions to get rid of D-Lo Brown when he injured Droz and ended his career? Or Brock when he broke Holly's neck? Or Nash when he injured Big Show? No-one seems to have a problem with Vis being on the roster, and he had a worse 'record' of injuring people than most folks on the roster......or even Chris Masters, who injured Stevie Richards....twice. I just feel Henry is being singled out for criticism because he isn't a main-event caliber performer.
Guest Twiztid Santa
I just feel Henry is being singled out for criticism because he isn't a main-event caliber performer. Yeah, I agree with ya there. It's not his fault he's being pushed into the main event scene when he shouldn't be there. Now if Mark Henry were challenging JBL for the US Title, he'd be in the right place on the card. I could even see him holding the US Title for a month before his 10 year contract expires, but to have the guy in the main event scene is just plain wrong! I think angle is the measuring stick, if he cant get a match out of him then he should not be in the main event picture
Guest Danny Styles
well if he's going to keep injuring the wrestlers he shouldn't even been in a ring much less in the WWE thing is WWE are stupid having him do high risk stuff like that, HE'S FAT he's going to hurt seomone doing that, he can still be dominating without doing high flying stuff and hurting people

Guest GreZ
It's not Henrys fault that his opponents a getting injured when he faces them. Accidents happen. But I don't think he should be performing at the level he is either. Not because of incompetence, just because he's a bit rubbish

So from that, I guess being fat isn't a liability in itself......as I said earlier, Owen Hart did, IMO, the most famous f*ck up in wrestling history, and D-Lo wasn't that fat when he and Droz messed up either. Mark Henry IS NOT to blame for the injuries to Dave and Kurt......had the got injured against Rey would you want him removed for being a liability? Guest Hemme
Meh, to be honest I don't mind Henry, sure he's a little clumsy, but not too bad. Yeah he might have injured Batista (who was already injured) & Angle (who really isn't in great shape anyway) but thats the WWE's fault I feel, you don't risk having a banged up wrestler such as Angle going through a table, thats not a smart move. The fact is Henry has a pretty good look, but lacks the wrestling skills needed, he might be better as a bodygaurd for someone, a goon for hire if you will, rather than having him wrestle proper matches. Guest Kurt Angle
Mark henry sucks...The guy is beyond awful, and he couldn't even have a good match with Kurt Angle...Get rid of him now please.
Guest Scottman22
Henry still has a job because look at all the top guys injured ... Batista, Orton, Angle, I hear Rey's hurt and they need someone to main event.
