Guest Marc McCann
who should rvd face at ONS2 for the wwe title? i personally would love to see cena get booed out of the hammerstein ballroom and for rvd to go over but that wouldn't happen and i'd have to endure cena and his kindergarten chain gang for a while longer. cena would definitely get bigger heat than hhh or edge, this pushing the rvd face chants even more. it would be one of the hottest matches i'd ever see. triple h just keeps growing on me as a face and i'd love to see him have a long singles feud with edge and possibly a DX reunion with hbk but i don't think it will happen. i think it's best to keep him face. edge isn't going to win the title anytime soon, shame really, i think he and hhh would have a great feud and matches. edge is probably the number 1 heel right now and he got it good last year from heyman and the fans at ONS. it would be a good match with RVD no doubt and the crowd would be in to it, but as much as RVD - Cena??? RVD vs. CENA, RVD TO WIN, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE
Guest Brick
RVD souldn't be challenging for the title at all. But if I have to put up with it, I'd like to see him getting beaten up by - I mean 'challenging' - Triple H
Guest Dave7g
I would love it to be HHH. He is the antichrist for all that ECW fans believed in. He's basically Vince McMahons son. And also to see HHH get booed out of the building as a face, would make me grin from ear to ear. In ECW world, I would love to see RVD vs Jerry Lynn as the main event. Or RVD vs Lance Storm. Or Y2J vs RVD either. Either way it should be an awesome show like last years.
Guest Breakdown
This is from the ECW website - ECW.com: Right now, the WWE Champion is John Cena. His crowd reactions from WWE fans as of late have been well-publicized. How do you think the ECW fans would take to seeing Cena face RVD if that ever did come to pass? Joey Styles: John Cena would get booed out of an ECW show. We would have to have ECW's security team (Atlas Security), WWE's in-house security team and New York's finest to keep the crowd from hopping over the rail and lynching John Cena. Looks like its gonna be RVD vs Cena...
Guest CoTT
That's what I thought would happen. I guess the original idea would have been Hunter going in as heel but seeing as he's likely to go face now, I don't think he'll be involved in the PPV. ONS is the perfect time for Cena's heel turn. If he had a 20 minute match with RVD and then won with a cheap victory everyone would turn on him, not just the grown-up male fans.
Guest porridge
I think it would be great with any of the three. John Cena - Every man (not kiddies) and his dog hates this guy right now, and as has been said above, they would boo him out of the building. Edge - 2nd most hated man at ONS last year, behind JBL. Having him take on RVD would elevate him further. HHH - I would imagine ECW fans would hate him for symbolising everything they hate about WWE. The figurehead of their anger if you like. But Trips would probably be a face or very close to becoming one by the time ONS comes round, so having him receive major heat wouldn't be what WWE wanted at that time. Guest Drake
I still think that the perfect man to face RVD for the title at ONS is HHH. Fu*k if he's a heel or a face just put him against RVD at ONS in a place full of ECW marks and you'll have one of the best crowd reactions in wrestling history. Like some people have said, HHH symbolizes everything that the WWE stands for and everything that the ECW fans hate. So if it happens it's just a ticking bomb waiting to explode at ONS 2. Guest Bluestiger99
I doubt RVD would go over HHH though. Its been documented before that H3 isn't RVD's biggest fan. I really would like to see RVD win over Hcubed, but I don't know if it will happen or not.
Guest Hemme
I think he should face Cena at ONS, with Cena getting booed to the max & him still beating RVD. The pro-ECW crowd would be livid. It'll be great. :thumbsup
Guest MrFill
I really think he should challenge Rey - they've both worked ECW, and the crowd would be SUPER HOT for the match.
Guest DOB
Good idea Fill. Hopefully it's cena vs RVD just to see and hear the reaction Cena gets.
Guest MartynJ
I enjoyed last years ONS and thought it was the best PPV of the year, but due to certain people having contracts elsewhere so there not allowed to take part in a wwe owned PPV i dont think this years will match it for the true ecw fans, me personly would just like to see the original stars of ecw or at least people that have been in ecw before to take part in the main event or in that matter in any match on the card RVD should use his money in the bank at the following raw PPV against cena/edge/HHH keep the ECW brand as offentic and as real as possible and not just make it into another yearly wwe PPV because in a few years time we will proberly have Lashley V The masterpiece as a ecw main event I think only the true ECW fans may get my point that im tring to say
Guest Chriscare
With any look Shelton will take his money in the bank away from him so we don't have to even think about the possibiliy of RVD challenging for the title
Guest vortigern
who wants to see WWE title matches at an ECW PPV anyway?:devil as long as they bring in Joel Gertner and give him more air time than last time i dont give a flying Big show bodypress who RVD wrestles

Guest Brad
I really think he should challenge Rey - they've both worked ECW' date=' and the crowd would be SUPER HOT for the match.[/quote'] Very good idea as Smackdown need more main event stars. However I would just love to see RVD vs. Cena just so New Jack can come out and it can be staredown of the gangstas, with then New Jack completely ripping Cena apart. Guest rvd420
If RVD was to face anyone i think it should be John Cena. He has so much heat on him right now, and as we all know ECW fans are the most uncaring fans you can get. He probble would get the same reaction Mike Awesome got when he faced Taz for the ECW title, when he jumped to WCW.

Guest Jack
Cena would beat the sh*t out of New Jack, if they fought. No question about it. He is a worn down, mess, who gained notoriety after beating an old man up, who thought the match was still going on. That doesn't make his tough at all. He'd get killed by Cena, who is in prime psyhical shape, and not blind in one eye, with knackered knees, and back. Of course, like always, there is the argument that we have seen neither fight for real, but from what we know, Cena would win. As far as I know, New Jack hasn't had one fair fight, which he has won. The Mass transit incident, beating up Gypsy Joe, and Rob Black, are the three things that give the impression he is hard. The first, isn't even worth mentioning. the second, is the same - If Fedor doesn't fight back, I'd win a fight with him no problem. I'm not saying Joe would of won, but beating up a frail, old man, doesn't mean anything. The latter, I'm not sure about, aside from it was just one punch, and Black did nothing back. Just a side note, and not aimed at anything in particular, I hate the assumption wrestlers are tough, especially Samoa Joe. I don't get it. Sure, wrestling is a hard 'sport', but they are trained to do the job, they do. Playing a tough character, and being one, are two very different things. Nearly all wrestlers would get killed by a boxer who is worth his salt. Including Joe. He'd get murdered by someone like Manny Pacquiao. Or a fighter in general, from any MMA company. This is a man who has no hesitation hitting someone in the head full swing with a baseball bat in a sanctioned match. Imagine what he would do in a street fight. No doubt Cena is in far, far better condition, but there's now way to measure blind unadulterated hate. So unless it's booked, or it goes down somewhere else, we can never really know. Paul 584
The way I see it is simple, Cena is a documented 'nice guy' with no real nasty side, New jack is a former bounty hunter with legitimate kills to his record! I know who I owuld back in a fight.
Guest MrFill
New Jack has a lot of hate - for everybody. I'd back him rather than Cena if they met outside of the ring to have a real fight. He might be in much worst physical conditioning, but he's one insane mo'fo.
