For me this one called 'Line Kill Spirits' is up there and very Japanese. http://gpsc.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gsr1/index.html Others are Doshin the Giant which is a arcadey version of Black and White and also Pikmin which I have played. and Gregory's Horror Show an RPG and We love Katamari both of which I might get at some point.
