phrantik
Eminem imitator Christopher Duncan is on trial for the murder of 26 year old Jagdip Najran whom he met when imitating his big idol Eminem at a London karaoke bar. Much like in Eminems lyrics, the 21 year old London residence beat Najran unconscious and placed her inside a bag in the trunk of his car after the 26 year old law student followed him to his home. Duncan is the defenition of an Eminem Stan, with the same tattoos as the Aftermath rapper. Shortly after being arrested for the murder of Jagdip Najran. Christopher was also questioned about the murder of american exchange student Margaret Muller, 27, who was stabbed to death when jogging in a local park. Duncan was 19 years old at the time and the only thing connecting him to the murder is the fact that he was near the scene at the time. What speaks for him being innocent of the 2 year old stabbing case is the fact that the Eminem wannabe ran home to his mom and confessed after murdering Jagdip Najran. http://img.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/0512/02/eminem375.jpg Jagdip Najran & Christoper Duncan Can you believe this nonsense? Anime Otaku
LONDON (Reuters) - A man, who was so obsessed with the U.S. rapper Eminem that he dressed like him, had the same tattoos and used to perform the same dance routines, was jailed for life on Monday for battering a woman to death. Christopher Duncan, 21, forced his victim to undergo a torrid sexual ordeal before he beat her round the head with a metal baseball bat and, although she was still alive, crammed her into a suitcase where she died up to 90 minutes later. On the night of the murder, Duncan had met his victim in a London karaoke bar where the manager said he had been "aggressively" performing songs by Eminem, notorious for his violent and misogynistic lyrics. "You treat women as sexual objects and have a sadistic sexual fantasy life," Judge David Paget said as he ordered that Duncan should serve a minimum term of 25 years. "It may well be you pose such a danger to women it will never be safe to release you." Prosecuting lawyer Jonathan Laidlaw said Duncan's victim, 26-year-old law student Jagdip Najran, a promising singer herself, had fallen for Duncan. "One of the tragic features of this case is the terrible misjudgement she made of him," Laidlaw told the Old Bailey criminal court. Duncan took her back to his flat in Hackney, London, where after some sexual activity he beat her with the bat while high on drugs and drink. He went to his mother's flat nearby and confessed what he had done. A search of his flat found an array of knives and a second baseball bat. Duncan later handed himself in and admitted the murder. The court was told there was no sensible explanation for why Duncan had committed the violent attack. "One doctor who examined you says you are a grandiose self centred individual with a high opinion of your looks, musical abilities and sexual prowess," the judge said. Media reports said police now wanted to question Duncan over the murder of American artist Margaret Muller, who was stabbed to death while jogging in a park in February 2003. found this one on google. Anime Otaku
Probably because Eminem is getting the blame for this idiot.
Taki
Eminem cant be blamed for this but hey as he says in Sing for the Moment "Tell the judge it was my fault and I'll get sued" thats becasue of the amount of hate for him by higher power people around the world, but he makes a joke because he knows no matter what happens he's never told anyone to go kill their mrs or worst enemy so he cant be blamed. Some psycho idiot kills a woman thats to do with his state of mind not who he is a fan of, this is just like when Luke Mitchell killed his mrs and they Blamed it on him being a fan of Marilyn Manson, does that mean that only fans of controversial people kill other people, does it mean a Pavarotti fan aint gonna kill someone, and if they do well he aint gonna get blamed is he cos he's a pillar of society. xXx
Anime Otaku
Thats the same arguement I use when you see 'GTA fan goes on killing spree' type news its always Rockstar's fault and not nown to the guy being a psycho to begin with. Music, Films and the rest don't effect people to that extent. The ones who are 'inspired' by them are clearly nutters to begin with.

phrantik
The outrage comes form the stupidity of people who could fall for something like this. My outrage is at humanity and their stupidity not that Eminem is catching blame because...HE'S NOT!

I'm sure you meant "TV & Games Consoles". :P
Al Stevens
Personally i am not supprised. Sorry but how much crap has Rock/Metal music had just because some metal job had a Slipknot or a Manson CD in there collection. Hell if you wanted to you could look at last year with the man huntmurder as well. What has probally upset Phrantik is because Eminem is getting the blame because the screw job had the same tattoos of his. Sadly you know the British media (and most of the media in gernal) will look at this and then blame eminem because he asspired to be him.
