Hogan = Has-been

The crowds seem intent on cheering for Hogan and calling Jericho a "has-been" when it should be the other way around. Ok so Jericho is a heel so the crowd give him a negative chant which is fair enough. But Hogan is a has-been and doesn't deserve the push he's been getting. Angle, Jericho and Benoit(when he returns) should rule Smackdown, expecially now that The Rock is busy for a couple of months.

Even when The Rock fought Hogan, the crowd booed The Rock which i thought was bad. Hogan is just and old face from the past, The Rock is the modern day icon. Lets hope that they soon realise!

I don't think it's fair to call Hogan a has-been, look at the buy-rate for Wrestlemania. He also gets a massive reaction, and still is a massive draw which proves that, despite his age, he's still very popular.

On to the point of Chris Jericho. Y2J is by no means a has-been either, hopefully he has a long and successful career ahead of him. But in my mind his performances have been shoddy for a long time, bad booking is no excuse for his recent performances, because he should shine in any role, given his exceptional talent.

Yeah Hogan is no worse an in-ring performer than he ever was, he's always been that bad. He's getting great crowd responses, so whether you like him or not it would be terrible business sense to simply lose him from the WWF. Far from a has-been.

I think (or should I say I hope) WWF realise Hogans popularity is not going to be long term but just a fun little nostallgia trip for the fans aged 14 and over who grew up watching Hogan, so it makes sense to push him now and make him look strong so money can be made because if/when that popularity disapears like it did in WWF and WCW in the past Hogan doesn't have much to fall back on.
