Alan
I know there isnt may of us here, but for those of you who support english football teams in the lower divisions here is the draw for the first round of the Carling Cup: Carling Cup first round draw (Ties will be played week beginning 23 August) ย Lincoln v Derby Sunderland v Chester Darlington v Barnsley Hull v Wrexham Nottingham Forest v Scunthorpe Rochdale v Wolves Bradford v Notts County Bury v Burnley Tranmere v Shrewbury Crewe v Blackpool Mansfield v Preston Sheffield Wednesday v Walsall Sheffield United v Stockport Hartlepool v Macclesfield Doncaster v Port Vale Oldham v Stoke Grimsby v Wigan Rotherham v Chesterfield Leeds v Huddersfield Colchester v Cheltenham Peterborough v Milton Keynes Dons Gillingham v Northampton Brighton v Bristol Rovers Leyton Orient v Bournemouth Wycombe v Bristol City Boston v Luton Watford v Cambridge QPR v Swansea Kidderminster v Cardiff West Ham v Southend Ipswich v Brentford Rushden & Diamonds v Swindon Oxford v Reading Yeovil v Plymouth Coventry v Torquay ย There are some interesting ties in there, my focus obviously being on the West Ham/Southend game. For a few years these two teams have had friendlies before the season, especially as they are so close in terms of area. Now that these two will meet competetivley emotions will be running high in the south-east of essex come August 23rd! Anyone else got any opinions on these ties? Nicole
Just want kiddy to go through cos it's going a bit rough for them at the moment, half the squads gone, Jan Molby ain't got no contract and there in debt. Think there great cos they do so much work for our community it's literally scary. Go kiddy.

Fate
Rushden & Diamonds v Swindon Oxford v Readingย Those two games could be the most intresting. Im hopeing that Rushden & Diamonds have a good season. But in the end we all know that the trophy is worthless....
