  1. In another thread, I was talking about Zoolander. It got me thinking about movies that were amazing but were followed by sequels that just failed to come anywhere close to the original. The time I spent watching Zoolander 2 would have been better spent picking dirt out of my fingernails. It's time I'll never get back. Super Troopers 2 is another one that really disappointed. What about you? What do you think are the worst movie sequels?
  2. Amen! I started writing out a list of games I liked but then I realized that wasn't the question. You asked what my favorite game was. I don't know how I could give that to any game other than Goldeneye.
  3. While I loved Avengers: Endgame, I've got to say that Spider-Man: Far From Home is the best movie I've seen lately. I'm a huge Spidey fan and the more Peter Parker, the better. The worst has probably been Men in Black: International. It was nothing like the old movies and I was really hoping it would be.
  4. I haven't seen Midsommar, but that sounds pretty disturbing. I can only think of bizarre sex scenes in comedies which were bizarre just to add to the humor of it. Your post reminded me of the orgy scene in Zoolander. That was definitely strange (and only got stranger when they added onto it in the sequel). Another one that comes to mind is the one in Coneheads with Chris Farley. Mind you, as bizarre as they were they made me laugh out loud.
  5. I don't think he's courting the press, personally. I think he really believes ten movies will be enough for him. Whether or not that's the case when it happens, we'll see. He might "retire" and then come back or he might just decide he has more stories he wants to tell. Either way, I don't think he's going to really be done after 10. Maybe I'm just being an optimist.
