And, of course, this is always going to benefit your performance.
Fuel Your Workouts
Next up, we need to think about nutrition. Because if you’re not fueling your body right, you’re not fueling your workouts, practice, or games right. If you want to make sure that you’re actually getting the right amount of energy before, during, and after your workout, you need to be working with the right balance of proteins, carbs, and fats within your diet. Your coach can often help with this, but it’s down to you to make sure you’ve prepared the right meals and that you’re eating them at the right time.

To increase your performance, you need to incorporate a range of different types of exercise into your workout and practice schedules.
